Does anyone know how to get in touch with Karl? Does he have a Twitter account or anything. I would love to have a catch up.

First band I ever saw! They were BRILLIANT! The gig at Thurnscoe Memorial Club (The Bomb) in 1976 blew my mind.. it was so colourful and LOUD! I went home floating on air that night and decided that's what I wanted to do for the rest of my life... and I did! I've played in bands ever since and I'm now nearly 60. So thanks, fellas... you changed my life!

Frank is like Marmite ...and often that is because his performances can be so different . Brilliant one night , usually when he lets himself go ...and awful another usually when he's spent too long looking at the bottom of a Gold Label or red wine bottle. He treads a fine line between genius and insanity. I see many parallels between him and one of the greatest ever artists ... Van Gogh. Their biggest enemy are themselves

@Avalon400 did you just accuse biker culture of causing the OPPORTUNIST (because that's what they really were, there was no real politics behind them) riots which happened in london recently? i ask because i'm a biker myself and in all of the footage i saw i didn't see a single other biker, just a load of greedy little shits who wanted something for nothing and took pleasure in destroying things.

When was this recorded? I played in a band called "Steppin' Out" with Karl back in 1990/91. I have a couple of vids posted from back then. Haven't seen Karl since I moved to the US 20 years ago. He's a man of many talents - I found out recently that he's been working as a Northern Soul DJ. Great to hear him playing the blues again.
