I don't think it would be 13 out of 101 it'd be 13 out of 68 because the 101 was a total of all grade levels but for this specific question we are only focused on 9th and 12th grade just thought id point that out and I may be wrong

Could we also use -2,-1,0,1,2 for the values of x? Will the answer be the same? Ex Question y=2x+1.

definitely, and those are excellent choices to use for x. Your graph will definitely be the same (though your graph will have more points than mine).

what does the c hold as in value, the a holds slope etc

The C value is not anything on its own, and neither is A. A and C only begin to "hold" a value once you solve for y. If you can get the equation into slope intercept form (y=mx+b), then you'll have a slope and a y-intercept. Written in standard form Ax+By=C doesn't directly translate to either slope or y-intercept without some in between steps.

How would I write a format of Ax+B=C for this problem? Saline makes $15 an hour working at a local store part-time. she wants to save money to buy a new cellphone. The cellphone saline would like cost $800. She has already saved $200.

Ax + B = C is the same idea as slope intercept form, y = Mx + B. The M, or A in your equation, is the rate of change. In your problem, that's the $15 per hour bc every additional hour is an additional $15. The B value is the starting value when x = 0. Think of it like the amount of money you begin with because x is probably the number of hours worked.. Finally the y, or C in your equation, is the final total. I'm trying to be helpful without just typing the correct answer. I hope this helps.
