does it damage the car? should you slow down ?
@LearningSpace_mk Жыл бұрын
Consistent and high intensity vibrations definitely aren't good for the car. In fact one of the intention of rumble strips is to make the driver slow down the vehicle. So, yes, we should slow down.

They are a nuisance & waste of public money. They don't slow traffic, but instead damage vehicle tires, suspension, sensitive electronic components & also the passengers health because they rattle your spine and can cause lower back & neck fatigue, especially for daily riders. Imagine the plight of elderly people who's bodies are forced to rattle over them. With speed breakers you have the option to slow down. But a rumbler will shake you up no matter what speed. And their effect is not uniform - small vehicles like bikes can go out of control, while big vehicles like buses won't feel them as much. So what's the point of slowing down a bike at a place where you can't slow down a bus or a lorry? It's actually more dangerous! In other countries, rumblers are installed on the sides of the road to wake a sleeping or inattentive driver from going off his lane. PWD should ponder over these things than blindly copying western innovations.

@LearningSpace_mk2 жыл бұрын
The blue-black ink for fountain pens is made from iron salts and tannic acid from vegetable sources. The corn starch and iodine complex won't be intense enough to be used as ink.
