Bro, instead of measuring honey on the plates, just put the honey directly on the scale, zero it out, and scoop it out. That's easier to measure, right? Haha

I live in a Times Group project but your gym looks far better! Do you kind sharing the name of your building? Its funny how our priorities change when we get older. Are you even 30 yet?

Crazy how Mexico in 2021 was suddenly using metric for awhile (km/h) and they had a lot of Canadian Flags out. Good for them.

Ah yes, the gym rat and macro tracking phase. Been there, done that. Lol
@marcste-marie80743 күн бұрын
Haha ya same. Been lifting for 15 years+ and the whole macro tracking is not sustainable long term (unless doing it for a specific short term goal). There's a reason pro BBer track/weigh during a prep and tend to avoid it during off season.
@oliverguo3 күн бұрын
@@marcste-marie8074 Totally right. I am only doing it for about 3-4 months so I can get my weight to my ideal goal and I will go back to my maintenance and eye ball most of things. Went from 184lbs to 172lbs and will continue to track until I hit about 165lbs and I will go back to normal!

That wing looks terrible bro great video otherwise tho one of the best reviews ive seen on the RS3 actually. U want a wing to seamlessly flows with the car vs. looking like someone stuck a piece of CF back there it just doesnt flow with the lines of the car bro its terrible!

+1 for the quik detailer - I have the same one and it is really an amazing final touch during the drying process. I wash my car with high-limestone water and the drying process is also a limestone cleaning process and the detailer makes this so much easier and safer 👍👍👍

What are the must do mods for a 2019 Golf GTI? I'm gonna check out the autobahn trim level this weekend. I don't wanna make the car LOUD but for it to breath better without compromising the longevity of it. It will be my daily driver for years.

Going to get a 2024 in the next few months. Glacier white, carbon package. Black badging (and roof)… full suspension setup (coilovers), strut & sway bars, subframe braces, full exhaust & downpipe, intake, ecu tune. Looking to be a bit over 500hp. Retiring my 2002 IS300 (original owner) which is pretty built. It’ll be swapped to a full track car setup.
