I rewatched the whole Tommy Fury/Jake Paul fight the other day. Jake wasn't as polished back then. Fury landed a lot of punches but they didn't really do anything to Paul. Then Jake dropped Fury in the 8th round. Tommy won by points, but I believe if that fight went on any longer Tommy was probably gonna get knocked out. Jake wasn't going anywhere, he just couldn't outscore Fury due to lack of speed, defence, and proper technique at that time.

His original opponent pulled out, for all we know, hemight have been the only one WILLING to fight deji, and most likely ended up taking this guy as his opponent because he had no other options. This fight wont prove nothing for deji but alteast we get to see him in the ring again, and hopefully his next fights will have someone who isnt 0-4 lol
