I played this game's story mode countless times and played the crap out of the free play. With friends was even better. it was interesting to see different strats. It eventually devolved into who can create 4 catapults fastest. But fun no less

sort of. this is actually a campaign map edited to be a free play map. But we have more custom maps coming soon for modding in the future.

Really makes me wish we got more. Though I guess I’m no different from anyone else here. The ideal sequel (not spin off like nonjago) would be just three more original themes with no connection to the previous campaigns. Agents, power miners, Atlantis, pharaohs quest, alien conquest, Dino, monster fighters. They weren’t pressed for options.

@@cstick2664 the meta evolves fast with this game. Its not well balanced in some regards but it continues to develop to this day. we also have been working on a rebalance patch that nerfs the banned units and buffs the weak units while keeping the "meta" units the same. this patch also allows players to experiment more with playstyles.

Holy shit didn't think the community for this was still alive. Thought this was an old video at first. Even the mic quality lines up with the time. Got this game years ago, like 7 I think, for my 3DS, loved it, today I hunted down a ROM and an emulator after remembering it when I started consuming too much Ninjago content after remembering it existed. Cheers to the ancients!

2:40 I never really noticed that Each battle theme conveys a specific emotion/purpose (The King has a valiant call to arms, the Wizard is a soulful melody, etc) The pirate's theme is just "OH SHIT WHAT IS GOING ON"

Actually, it is not only okay for your enemies to walk on your bridge, it is even viable. Collapse your bridges when your enemies are on it to take them out in numbers, all at once.

Edit: Only the longer bridges. Smaller bridges will more likely just let them through. Another edit, this is just from my personal experience playing the game with my brother. It might be banned or nonviable in competitive.

I don't think that Broadside is that bad. Combination of his mana and spell(on 1st upgrade) makes him good support and best horde exterminator in goliath mode(because he's cheaper than brickbeard that does same). With Anubis and Broadside alone I beated goliath in 5:02 with standart settings, still experimenting how to to it faster to get that golden medal And you should've made ban tier only for Lance Spears, simply because it's imbalanced character, he is almost cheapest hero(cheaper only policeman), fast build, *THE* fastest and cheapest upgrades that has the best damage* and almost the fastest attack time**. Yes, he has no health, but why you need it, when opponent doesn't have any heroes at that point? * max damage, only in 1st upgrade ** only in 2nd upgrade

Tiki golem isn't that bad. His mediocre range makes weaker against other special units, but his improved dps makes him extremely effective against groups of infantry. C tier imo.

The Tiki Golem is A Tier now that cruiserods are banned, but at the time they were completely outclassed by them.
