Hi.l,m Moreroa M.A. I am unable to monitor my vehicles.The cartrack solutions gave me new password,but when I try to login.It says, invalid password.What should I do with this because they will keep on to debit my money.if this continue,I will quit.

Hi guys the tracker sometimes they just advertise to make money they promise people at the end will disappoint you as me I lost my bakkie fordranger till now I'm still asking to pay me they still hiding they fail to recovery my vehicle when my vehicle was removed battery they was busy trying to call me wyill my bakkie was stripped it seems they put tracker then they also plan to come to still your car because they have all secret I'm still complain was join this tracker since 2017 till now on 28 my bakkie was highjecked they never call me I'm busy everyday trying to talk to them I'm planning to go open case

Car track is debiting money out of my account without my consent, recently theapp showed green that means my car started, i was at work and called them quickly, they took 5mins asking me questions..

Car track is the worst company,the unit drains the car battery, they take money out of yr account without you knowing,they dont allow you to cancel the contract and is not responsible for their wrongs, at one time on the app it showed my car was on a green icon which means it started, and i was at work, i was so stressed and called, they started to ask so much information and in my mind i said by then my car will be gone for good more further, i had to run to were i parked and saw my car safe,so the app is full of nonsense and car track is not a good company

Car track is taking money out of my account yet payment is been made, The tracker unit is draining my car battery,im on my 2nd battery and they don't wana cancel my contract and is asking for a payment of R2300, yet I wana cancel because they at fault, they refused to buy me a new battery, and there own technician came and showed me and told me theretracker unit was damaged and that caused my car battery to get damaged, they are a fraudulent company,how can they take money on there own free will,that's fraud! Please don't make a mistake putting a tracker with the car track company,When you call to escalate they manipulates things and trust things around which is not responsible for there wrongs..

I put a tracker with car track, and it drained my car battery, in 8months I'm on my 3rd car battery, they refusing to come remove the unit of my car, and from March 2023 till now they still not doing anything, they didn't even pay for the battery there unit damaged.When the technician came he said the tracker unit is damaged my car battery because the unit was damaged, so when I took this further, that technicians boss told him to pay for the battery, but no win uptill now, they keep on covering for there faults, I just want that unit out my car before it cause more damage, because on that night my car didn't start, I was alone and the tow van the tracker people sent didn't know what they were doing, i had to call for help and got my car kick started because of the kick starting, it damaged my pc box, car over heated, and my timing went of, car track is refusing to take accountability for all this damages.. please
