I haven't even recieved my new Windscreen yet, but I can personally attest to ClearView and Craig personally taking the time to answer all of my questions and even slide in a few tips. Sold me on the vents! Thanks Craig!

Are you competitive with Memphis Shades price wise?

I ordered my windshield over a month ago now. The email said you guys received my order and it’s been crickets.

A close-up of the fastener stack-up and foam installed on the fairing would be helpful, the foam completely covered the two outboard mount points and all three forward mount points on my 2013 FLTRU have raised sections like the center hole in the video, I just cut around them the way you bypassed the center, hope that's correct. Also, foam tape you sent me with the GT I bought May 2024 was "double backed", I considered it was an improvement, though may have been a mistake and should be included in the video if correct. All in all, LOVE THE WINDSHIELD. THANKS!!!

If I order a windshield from you and also order the windshield vent, does it come installed already or does the customer have to cut it?

Biggest problem I found installing an after market vent is finding the correct template to use to mark the windshield for cutting. i ended up making one with careful measurements out of hard cardboard before transferring it to the shield. Even then after cutting I had to make minor modifications to ensure the vent opened and closed properly. Clearly best to have Clearview do it up front because you don't save much doing it yourself. Plus things will fit properly if you do....

Was curious about your video. Do you custom build windshields & mounts to fit specifically to bikes? I have a 2024 S2 Delmar and looking for a windscreen!!

Does anyone at Clearview actually check and reply to your website’s “Contact” mechanism? I sent two messages over the past week or so, neither of which was ever acknowledged or otherwise replied to. Phone calls are difficult for me during the day so I figured I’d reach out through you website instead. So far…crickets

I got tired of waiting forever every time I ordered one of their shields only to be told when it was ready that there was a small blemish, and did I want it at a discount. Well, I sure as heck didn't want to wait forever for another one, so I looked at other shields, and ordered a Cee Bailey's shield. I had it in days, and it looked, and worked great, so I used them until they quit making motorcycle products. I'm currently using a Freedom shield on my 2018 Road Glide Ultra, and I love it. It's thicker than stock, doesn't flex, and no head buffeting. And again, no long wait. Why is it everyone else can have a shield to you in less than a week?

I’m so happy with the light tint yall recommended for my 2004 Goldwing! My wife no longer gets beaten up by the wind from the factory windscreen, it’s much quieter and we can hear the stereo and each other much better. The light tint works just as you both said it would, cuts the glare during the day and at night! I’m highly recommending your products!!!

Which size is the same or close to the 10 inch Harley shield? The small or medium?

I like the enjoyment of riding, solo riding, so female talking about speed or saying, i wonder whats in there. Translated to english, means stop i want to see that. Me, my bike, and the highway. The three of us get along fine. If she wants to come, buy your own bike.

Looking for a windshield for my 2023 rebel 300 but I didn’t see any in the options for my bike. Then I tried to send an email several times and it wouldn’t go through.

What about the windshields that have already been delivered? How do I get the spacer to avoid damage to the paint?

How much does the vent make a difference for buffeting? I have a road glide and tried taller shields, they are better but some conditions i still get buffeting and can feel the air trying to be sucked in behind the fairing

I've had 3 Clearview shield for my Harley's over the years and I've never been disappointed. The shields never have distortion areas and the quality is spot on!

So I have a question about vents. I currently have a 2007 yamaha vstar 1300 with a reckless fairing and a 10inch windshield. I’ve been wanting to add a vent to it, it don’t know what vent would work? And it would be something that I would have to take the windshield off the fairing and custom cut the hole for the vent to fit into. Please tell me if you have a product that I can do that with and how? Thanks!

So far, dealing with Craig has been awesome. Questions answered, returned my call within 10 minutes, really helpful. We'll see how the screen works when it gets here.

I've been fighting the helmet buffeting with my Harley detachable 18" windshield for over 2 years. Buffeting videos are all over KZbin and I've tried so many of the recommendations with little luck. I love having the windshield as I do a lot of touring on my Softail Slim. I live in Dallas and have been coast to coast, San Diego, Southern Utah twice, Virginia, Orlando, and so much more. 40,000 miles in 2 years. I will be heading to Montana, Seattle and down 101 to San Diego in June. I'd love to resolve that buffeting issue before the next big trip. I have installed fork lowers, which helped. I have tried different helmets, which do make a difference. I have tried the windshield clip on extension, which made no difference at all. Hope is just around the corner. I recently learned of Clearview Shields and spoke with Craig who was easy to talk to and discussed my particular set up and offered suggestions toward the best way to resolve it. He gave me information that helped me to decide on the right shield for my purpose. I ordered a clear shield that's 19.5" tall and 3" wider, I asked for the re-curve and the vent. I'm pulling out all the stops here. I placed the order for what I thought I wanted and after another ride I decided on a change, basically to go with the taller and wider shield, and without any debate, Craig agreed to change the order. I haven't received the new shield so I cannot contest to the impact of buffeting as of yet, but promise to follow up on this review once I do. Lastly, the return policy is awesome, something you'd never get when buying a HD $560 windshield. Just don't peel the film until you're sure it works for you and can exchange it if needed. I'll follow up once I receive and test the shield.

Got my new replacement for my old Clamp On Softail shield. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Fell in love with my bike all over again. It's so nice to see clearly. And a tad bit shorter to see over the shield. Love it.

Looking for a new windshield for my 08 GL1800. I am 5’8” and can ‘just’ see over the top of my stock screen at the lowest setting. I would like to get one that can go a little lower. I will need to check you guys out. I use a Freedomsheild on my Harley which is recurve and I love it!

I can personally attest to the superior product this company makes and sells. My first Clearview was back in 2008. Since then I have used 3 shields on my new Road Glides. They don't vibrate at all, unlike other brands, because they are thicker. Road Glides are know to have issues with the factory short wind screens. This is known as buffeting. The Clearview Shield will pretty much stop that if you talk to Craig and tell him your correct height. If you like dealing with the owner of a company who still believes in customer service and puts his money where his mouth is, then this is the company for you. Since my first purchase from them I have recommended them to 3 friends who have purchased Clearview shields with the same results I have had. Word of mouth is the best recommendation a company can have.
