The other big question is how is a speaker unilaterally suspending MPs without any investigation or referring them to a committee that will at the very least give the MPs the opportunity to defend themselves? Does the parliament belong to Bagbin now? In fact if he had referred the situation to a committee to investigate the committee would probably have seen all these other individuals and make a recommendation accordingly.
