truck driver was driving respectfully, even got very close to the car in front during the merge to make visual inspections clear and obvious

did the truck force his way in front on the mini cooper on the merge? i couldn't tell if the truck even tried to stop....looks like another case of 2 wrongs don't make a right....even if the mini cooper should have allowed room for a merge, when he didn't, the truck shouldn't have forced his way in.
