Great to hear your courage in your story! I hear the energy in your voice! Exerises helps esp to overcome the side effects of the meds. I'm a senior , 8 yrs on, bc, stage 1-2, dcis, idc, clear margins, her2-, letrozole for 5 yrs, now on tamoxifen 20g. The bone aches are due more to my sitting longer than I should, so, I do walk and from time to time, do weight bearing exercises. Does carrying heavy grocery bags count? No, I'm joking , I do go to the fitness parks and spend some time there lifting. Praying for you and for all here that we get encouraged by one another's story and continue to put in all the effort to do the needful things only. That means we dont overthink, overdo, over work! ❤

Thank you for sharing your story! I am 42 on Sunday, and just received a diagnosis for the same type of breast cancer you have. Mine is stage 2, and I begin chemotherapy in two days. I, like you, am not wild about early menopause with tamoxaphen, but your video has encouraged me greatly so I’ll be taking my pill every day 😖💖. I will keep you in my prayers and healing thoughts!

@@NatashaFitnessYogaPilates my chemo is intended to reduce/weaken my cancer before the mass is removed. She’s pretty big 😅. I was given the option of double mastectomy, but it was told it would likely require chemo to knock it out either way, and I felt the lumpectomy was more appropriate for me at this time. We shall see! 💖
