They don't hate Schindler, they only did it because the Door Close button didn't work in regular service. I think.

This is most likely modernized by now. I was at queens center myself last month, (only to charge my phone so i didn’t record or ride any elevators) I didn’t go near this elevator when i left the mall, but this either got modded or didn’t get modded. Imo i think this did get modded

I filmed this today with my friend from my job program after work. I’m glad it’s still original, but possibly, it might be on the bucket list for modernization, but who knows…

There’s still no proof that KONE did this mod. Ik the escalators are KONE, but these 2 have been modded by an unknown generic company from 2010

Godly Casey Stengel Depot, these buses run in my area on the Q32 route.

Eventually these buses shall have their Vianova screens inside that play the automated announcements with the Samantha text to speech voice. These vianova screens have been used on the Nova LF buses and the newer Prevost buses, as well as some New Flyer Xcelsiors and C40LFs.

My friend’s elevator (which was installed 1 year ago) also has the same problem. Whenever someone takes it to like the 5th floor, or when the supervisor sends it to the Basement, it automatically sends itself back down/up to the first floor 5 minutes later. I winder why elevators do that

These banks of elevators happen because there are busy as you see in this video and many people need to go to the parking level so they automatically call the 1st floor
