yes she is usable For high scores it is generally recommended to have her at s2 though, just be sure to unlock her ecb! If youre running her with Mcqueen be sure to get her to 1919 or 1019, her ult is important since it increases her hp! if youre running her with bianca and general weakspot team shes good at 1119. If you want to min-max that is.
