My late great brother-in-law Jay Migliori, a member of the Wrecking Crew, played baritone sax on this song for the Beach Boys in 1964!

I had the biggest crush on this boy during Frankie Valli's songs. His biggest song, My eyes adored you, made me crazy when I looked at him. What a great time in my life. Miss those days. Love Frankie and the. SEASONS.....😂😅🎉

He's so legendary, they cloned him and put him on tour. He doesnt even need to open his mouth, blink, nor do any of the normal functions other peasants do since he has reached legendary status.

That line about “the love of my life leaving after she didn’t feel the same way” I lived that. My second wife said something like this. It makes this song very poignant for me personally.

I've seen the Beach Boys four times. A couple times were with Brian present, a couple without. I'm not sure what year this was but I knew that couldn't be Brian on lead vocal. And yet it was. Okay, his voice was pretty shot by the late 80s, and really didn't come back. And so I have to wonder: is Brian singing live here? I suspect he's being assisted by a pre-recorded vocal track. Or possibly a live assist from one of the other singers on stage. I honestly don't care, but I thought I'd point that out. I love him anyway, and I'd be happy to see him live, syncing to a vocal track. I wouldn't care -- he gets a pass. Same as if Jesus returns and gets a parking ticket. Lol I liked Eric Clapton's guitar here, it fit nicely.

Saw him on-stage in 2021 and he was incredible. Maybe not with the Four Season - but incredible. Anyone who can inspire a stage show like the Jersey Boys must be legendary.
