side comment: I loved the comment about the hair and recognizing people, it was a very wholesome way to include a neurodivergent trait for people who may not be aware of it :))

In relation to creating pressure at (Minutes: 40-42): We need more NT professionals to start speaking out for the centering of ND voices. Anytime I have ever spoken out I've never come away feeling like they took me seriously. It is a shame to say this but we need NT allies to step out of the status quo and say it out loud that they support us. Thank you Davida for really taking on such a great role as an active ally.

“Autism awareness week” needs to be “autism awareness life”. Like it’s great that Lidl turns the music off and the noises down every Tues night for autistic people but that also means we’re fucked if we can’t get out Tuesday evening to do our shopping. Why can’t they turn the music off every night?

Absolutely fantastic. Thank you for posting these, as I found your seminars just recently. These interviews truely give me a good giggle, as I am also a.d.h.d. I seen a lot of my functions amongst your guest speakers.
