I remember a kid died on that back in the 80s , I worked there we were all told to keep quiet , another kid nearly drowned in the pool. There was a darker side to Butlins , the rides were never safety checked

The fair ground at Butlins Skegness seriously needs updating not enough rides they even got rid of the tug boat, twister and simulator

YES THAT ABOUT SOMES UP BUTLINS TODAY.. LIFELESS AND DRAB. A PLACE WHERE PEOPLE GO TO STAND IN QUES BREATHING DOWN EACH OTHERES NECKS CATCHING COLD FROM EACH OTHER. THEN GO INSIDE AND SIT 6FT APART.. STUPID , STUPID IDEA.
