Your title it clearly states "LOW CARB". If it is low carb, that means it is KETO friendly. If you are going to claim low carb, you cannot include white flour. Even a small amount of white flour makes it carb dense. Be careful what you claim. These pancakes are NOT low carb in any way, shape or form. I think you were going for a little click bait. Shame on you!!!!!!!!!!!

That bag cheese is not healthy at all look it up it has something in it to keep it from sticking together that is bad for your heart . So the best cheese is the cheese that is block cheese. But I will make this but a 9x13 one tks for recipe 😋

Yes, the shredded has cellulose and other additives to prevent clumping and extend shelf life, so block is best. Block also melts better. Unfortunately, I have a hard time finding block cheese that is reduced fat, so I use shredded.

I’m in Idaho and our just plain regular white eggs at $7.99 a dozen! We did get a 24 pack at Costco for 9.39. They do have them at Trader Joe’s for $3.49 here The prices are ridiculous.

Totally changing the subject I just watched your pancake video. Can you do us a pancake video with maybe some protein powder in it just wonder if I could use protein powder instead of flour?

I have some protein pancake recipes, like sheet pan pancakes and pancake bars in my breakfast playlist here kzbin.info/aero/PLQMhs-OL_mRy_lUn-2_RH4MYGMdBkpL0x But as for the cottage cheese pancakes, if you want to replace the flour in them with protein powder, I think that would work! You would probably want to bump up the amount to more like 1/2 cup though. Also, you could sub the flour with a protein pancake mix like the Kodiak one. Hope that helps!

I enjoy your videos! Here in SE Indiana yesterday I paid $3.99/18 count large eggs (Kroger), plus I had a .65 cent coupon-I was pleasantly surprised as a week earlier I noticed they were $12 for two 18 count cartons at Walmart. 😅

wow, I just found this video after watching at least 3 others on keto pancakes. This was the easiest and I made them. I actually loved them. Now I did add 1/4 MORE flour as you suggested for thicker pancakes and they were perfect. Thank you very very much. I can make these often.

I love how simple yet effective this recipe is! I’m always looking for healthier ways to indulge without feeling guilty. Also it's probably easy to replace the egg with ground flax seed or aquafaba to drop the cholesterol out too. The peanut butter filling looks amazing and honestly, a little bit of sweet + savory in one cookie is exactly what I needed🍯🍪 Thanks for sharing this!!
