I have my CNA license but I haven't started working due to being extremely anxious. There's a hospital position I want but I don't have experience and I don't know what to expect. My clinicals went well but it was at LTC Facility. I know this might sound silly but do they train you thoroughly? Do they reteach everything you learned in clinicals? What about charting? I'm also nervous about being asked about the scenario situations.

I got turned down for a hospital job for a Home Health Aide even though I have experience since 2011, and I got certified with California with my CNA and my HHA, top dog over here and still got rejected by the hiring manager with a thick Asian accent. I could barely understand him. But yeah he was rude AF too.

Hey and congrats! I’m going to nursing school soon, so I wanna ask. Is it managble? I’m not a smart person, so I’m not good at much. How do you study? I can never productively study after 3 years of online class I’m sooooo nervous. Any tips? I’m so scared I’m gonna fail. Do you have to have prior knowledge of pathophysiology?
