People accumulate credit cards to get points - what are your thoughts on that?
@SweetMoney-f7h4 күн бұрын
@@NehalPatelSaanviCollection I don’t have have any specific thoughts per se. This is what I do if you would like to use it as a benchmark. I have a card that offers travel points because we like to travel. My rule is that I keep a mental tab of how much I spend and I pay my balance before the due date. If one day I overspend I become a hermit until I don’t pay off the balance. I only keep 2 credit cards because the more you have the more it negatively affects your credit score.

Pretty much everyone has a loan on their house. Does that mean they shouldn't have bought it because they couldn't afford it?
@SweetMoney-f7h6 күн бұрын
Thank you for the question. If you get the chance to watch the entire video I said taking a home equity line of credit to purchase vacation or luxury cars is not an intelligent purchase because you can’t afford it. On the other hand if you get a HELOC to purchase appreciating assets then that is a smart decision and the right decision. In the video I also encourage everyone to take a mortgage they can afford and get into their own home ASAP.

The smartest scenario is to realize that not everybody can be a physician. Now search the people that tried the lane of physician, then talk to them. Find out how much they actually spent in pursuit of becoming a physician, but had to stop because they did not have the gift for it. Probably didn’t have the brain power for it. Yes, you can pay your way out of a lot of things when $ is in abundance, but if you hit a deadend because your ability won’t allow you to succeed past it is when you have to grow up. $ spent, then you have to change career paths. Too many angels of death in the medical industry that could persevere through. Intelligence doesn’t mean good person. They’re very highly intelligent evil people that are physicians. Jack the Ripper. Not trying to be a Debbie downer. There’s no but after that.
@SweetMoney-f7h6 күн бұрын
You are 100% correct. Life can throw lemons and dreams do get shattered. The fact still remains... If you are going to University to pursue a degree in a low paying job then the student loan will become an albatross and a lifelong resentment. If science, law, engineering etc... is not an area of interest then one should pivot to other professions which pay very well and don't require you to waste 4-6 years in University and hundreds of thousand's of dollars of debt.

Great videos! Can you confirm if lower inflation will bring down the prime interest rate? You had mentioned in a previous video that the price of homes are somewhat stable. Wouldn’t a drop in interest rate reduce my monthly mortgage?
@SweetMoney-f7h5 күн бұрын
Yes, as per the law of economics lower inflation will reduce the prime interest rate. The unknown factor is a) how will the economy react to lower interest rate b) how will low interest rates impact the housing market. If a) and b) react the way they've reacted the past 40 years then the monthly mortgage rate might not go down because the housing price might go up. Many economists feel in 2025 interest rates will come down but price of a house might not go up which means monthly mortgages will see a downward trend.

Who knew if you pay middle class jobs less than the actual value, and not adjusted for inflation, people are going to quit Because why would you want to work 12 hours a day? Just to be working a job that pays you less than your worth. When you could be working 12 hours at a job that is less qualified and get paid more The medical industry and teachers are extremely underpaid so what they’re doing is fucking quitting And people that are working regular 9 to 5 minimum wage jobs are working three of them To make ends meet, so there’s not enough jobs for everyone because one person is working three fucking job instead of three people working three jobs

Lazy Canadians !! LOL ... Only business we know is Real Estate business .. Easy money !! Ontario itself having 100,000 realtors .. If the banks does not support the small businesses and just focussed on the real estate how do you expect to generate more jobs !! Without having much bank's support I could create two jobs including for me and atleast 3 indirect jobs. But sad part is if you go to banks and say " hey I want to expand and do more that what am doing and want to bring some $$$$$ to Canada by exporting , would you support me? " Their answer.. "Hmmm.. We can help you if you want to buy a real estate property like a warehouse or an office space for your business or even a house for which you can show it for business purpose " That's what the top banks executives told !! Everyone knows only real estate business. Talk to 10 people a day, atleast 7 will end up talking about real estate !! To be saved from this situation , jobs needs to be created. More jobs will be coming only by supporting more small businesses!! Export more goods there by producing more which will eventually create more jobs. Get out of real estate and stop following realtors and real estate influencers .Collect all the free money given to people which was eventually invested in Real estate. Funny thing is when I hear realtors talking about economy and giving advices like an economist ! Any economy giving money money to its people will end up making people lazy and thereby letting the gross domestic production down.

But keep in mind property is the only tangible asset which retains its value hence why banks are wanting and willing to lend off of real estate.
