Never owned one of these but I know a couple guys who own these trucks. One is stock and the other is fully straight piped. Let's just say the way this engine sounds with a total straight pipe and the way the rumble of this engine shakes the ground around you is definitely a one of a kind experience Edit: I'm a Ford guy saying this btw. If I were a rich man I'd put this engine in an older Super Duty and pair it to an Allison auto trans. That right there is my dream truck

I have the CS2520 for a little machine it’s a work horse. If I add a helpful hint: I find with dirt that’s hard and clumps, once you got the bucket full to lift up and dump it to break up all the hard clumps. It may take several times but it’s a lot easier to spread all loosened up.

I now have to replace all my metal roof panels because after a year or two they developed a rusty tarnish. I believe they were defected and see others when I drive around the neighborhoods. Yardistry sent me new panels under warranty and I’m finally getting the motivation to install them. I believe the only way is to completely remove one of the four roof assemblies in order to reach the roofing screws and top cap. Agree?

The best mod you can do is change the supplied pins holding the breaker arm with washers and bolts so the energy can’t shift left or right as you break a bead. THESE BEADS BROKE EASY that’s not often the case. Having used this device often that breaker arm is the first to malfunction.
@rke1987

You are absolutely correct. I have since rewelded the metal on each side and added a bolt where the pins go. It finally gave way. I've done 14 tires on it so far.

Good job :) I bought mine a week ago (tire changer), here in northern Europe they are painted black and also the bead breaker are a bit different. It looks like you use a rag or something in the 2nd tire for a cone..? Also, are you keeping the original bead breaker spade as it is or are you going to add some protection to it..? Cheers 🍻
@rke1987
@rke1987 2 жыл бұрын
I have went with a totally different set up for bead breaking. I bent the arms in the sides of the breaker. And making adjustments to it and will make a video soon. Also the rag was just to not scratch the aluminum wheel when I tightened it down. I've since drilled holes and use lug studs to hold the rim. As for the spade I don't really need any protection it doesn't really touch the rim.
