Nightly I seem to experience unconscious consciousness, a phrase you just now coined for me. OMG!! That's what it is! I was a Paramedic and lost myself, my ego, in my patients being in these moments of crisis. In these situations, time slowed down around me, the world became silent I felt I was in a different, silent dimension just myself and the patient I know, and they often told me spontaneously, that they could feel it, esp. the dying, my very Specials and I'll never forget even one of them 😢

Love love love this podcast! Thanks Tinewo and Alex for sharing your thoughts on navigating global events and the importance of focussing on yourself. Too many people are caught up with trying to help others that they forget about helping themselves because it might seem selfish but truly, if you can't help yourself, how can you possibly help others?

Well, that also means the caffeine will stay in your body 90m to 120m closer to your bed time. Depending on how fast your body can get rid of the caffeine, the half life of caffeine can be 6 to 8 hours. Let's say, it's 6 hours. Then that means your body still has 1/4 caffeine in your body after 12 hours. This can affect your sleep.

As someone who’s not a big coffee drinker I decided to give it a go and drink rooibos tea in the morning as opposed to black tea. Keen to see what impact it has.
