Have you tried "forgot my password"? Them being offline is the perfect opportunity to get into your account and add extra security measures. Unless they changed the email. Then you're probably screwed.

The fact that you did all of that and they still can't verify you is concerning, but then again this is roblox Edit: Assuming you brought robux on that account, isn't there something to do with that which proves that you owned the account as well?

i use parental pin lock so if they ever log into my account they need to know a 4 number pin to change anything on my account . but i don't know what u could do to get ur account back . good luck :?
