As always make sure your battery is fully charged. If so, that might work. You may also try to disconnect the green/grey connector under the trunk on the right side of your ski. It may take a little prying, go slow to pull apart, then reconnect by snapping it back together. It will only go back together 1 way. The key is to make sure you have power going to dash. If is still throwing a code, you may need a new computer module under the dash, or a new relay. The computer is very costly around $1200, the relative is around $150. I hope this helps. Hello, First is to have the parts. If you cannot find them they can be sanded, filled, primed and painted. They are formed plastic so it s fairly simple to work with. Remove the 4 bolts. The bolts are connected to the hull. I think a 10m socket would work nicely. Then simply pull it off. If they have not been removed before they may need a little pressure by just pulling up and down to dislodge. I hope this helps.

Hello Ivan, I know you have some work to do, I am sure it will be worth it. First you can start it o dry land without water. It is ok to run it for only 2-3 minutes max. You must then turn water on. You will need a flush kit to complete this process. If you look at the back of the ski where the propeller housing is, on the ski there is a black access port left hand side, that you will see where you can connect the water hose. It’s only about a centimeter or so and has a hole in it for water to flow. It’s up to you. I would only change the grips. Your steering problem is probably your cable. A new cable should solve that issue. I had a similar problem with backlash and it was my sponson that was broken. The reverse handle is easy to fix, however a little difficult to explain in a chat. Painting plastics takes much work. To get the best results you must sand all the plastics and apply an adhesion promoter so paint can stick and have a better finish. I hope this helps. It could be a couple of things “codes” are primary offenders… it may also be the main assembly around $150 part…or perhaps a sensor… do you have a shop that can read codes?

Hello, first thank you very much for subscribing and for your comment. Yes, pretty much the same with slower speed and softer pads, and without sanding, with respects to some of the plastics. I did lightly sand the side panels and continued with the same process. I also sanded and polished the gage starting with 1000 grit all the way through 3000 then polished it at high speed with using 3M Compound that brought it back to life! As it were in the next few days I will shoot an updated video on this amazing transformation and I will address how I’m restoring the plastics for you….! Have a blessed evening. MD CCC

@@clermontcustoms I'll wait to do anything till I see that. With the gauges, I was asking about restoring the LCD display. You can't read the numbers anymore. There's a guy on ebay who does them for $400. New ones are out of stock. Thanks for the videos.
