Property taxes are to high the mortgage rates prices vary high, every thing is to high nobody cannot afford to live there stores are closing down we need to bring them down so everyone can enjoy living there for a long time

Congradulations on your purchase free & clear building lot zoned for your specific use, and Certificate of Occupancy for your newly constructed building. Looks like PEMB construction. Without a Certificate of Occupancy, that is the sole reason the building maintenance man would be drug tested as the State, County & Town has to get him off. You cannot even call in a licensed electrician unless he can pull a permit that your owner is responsible for pulling not him to realize this propensity.

Waterbury is Improving getting better. We need restaurants, fine restaurants, Waterbury mainly is filled with fast food places. Danbury has various restaurants. Restaurants will do great in a dense big city like Waterbury. Food is not expensive. Everyone has $80 to go eat with a significant other or family and friends.
