I feel like y'all did NOT give Freddie Gibbs a chance. Y'all were straight-up talking through his whole verse! I'm not biggest fan of Freddie either (I'm not of fan of him at all), but even I can acknowledge that he snapped on that verse. Even by his standards. And if I can be 💯 with you, that verse wouldn't have been kept on the album if Mick didn't think it was dope.

I hear you dude…I just don’t vibe with Freddie. Re-listened to the song a bunch so I can honestly say that I DID give it a chance but hey that’s just our take on it. And to keep it a hunnit (all love to Mick) he might of thought it was fire but this ain’t Mick Jenkins reacts for a reason 😂😂. That’s hip-hop, if I think something wack ima say it…lol…all love!

Lol I’m just not a big fan of dude…I’ve heard some tracks that I thought were hard it’s just for the most part he doesn’t do it for me. Prolly has more to with his subject matter than flow tho…then again I ain’t listened to a lot of Freddie 🤷🏾♂️

This album is fire! The reaction was well done tbh yall brought a diff angle of perspective to song break down. Forsure was a mature move to put both Benny and Freddie on this project. The jazz elements to the production are outstanding. Mick is in his own lane!
