Hello, what type of battery power are you using? seems to be undervoltage if you use the forward backward buttons. If you use this buttons, both motors will cause current, and so may be it is not working....

I'm looking for the same information.previous owners never used it and I would like to know how to work it.

@@deangilmour5983 press the red button twice. For my one, you don't need to isolate the power at the battery, which most instructions tell you to do. I found the motor mover circuitry under the seats in the caravan and when I power up with the remote I need to be within a few meters of that.

@Andy Hanrahan my reciver has been fitted under the kitchen unit just at the back of the battery holder.there seems to be wiring through direct to the battery clips. One also has a connector on it which I have no idea what it's for. Going to have a look at it today thanks.

Double touch the forward button quickly. Switches it on but mine had a loose terminal inside which I fixed myself by taking out the printed circuit board and soldering
