It really is lmao. The game is so much fun and they realized at this rate that they pretty much overtook Overwatch, Marvel Rivals has so far proven that it's not afraid to succeed!

Hmm, that's an interesting proposition, but it's also a double edged sword. I'm not making these videos to "be like those guys", I'm doing it to echo the sentiment on the community and spread the message further to finally send Activision the message that we have had enough of this. I feel that by singing its praises, Activision may use those praises as an excuse to continue pulling their predatory schemes. HOWEVER, maybe I'll go into videos talking a brighter side to Call of Duty games of years past for sure. :) Can't all be doom and gloom. I appreciate the feedback, friend! :)

Typically, I would understand where your coming from, but this is simply not true. People are annoyed because the game is tailored to give priority to those who buy shop bundle skin by placing them in easier lobbies with people who haven't purchased any shop bundles to play with. It is all manipulation to make the mil-sim player getting wrecked to want to buy the skin to be "good". It's not a "womp womp, I can't beat crppy players" situation, and more of a "why is it every dude I see with a shop bundle skin destroying me" situation. And there are full patents to back this up where Activision themselves have officially patented to then place into their games. That combined with their really crappy anti-cheat that bans players wrongfully, and you have a game that HAS CURRENTLY lost over HALF of its playerbase. What you said was a disgustingly simple oversimplification of the situation that iignores the real problem.

Because the SBMM is a joke, it’s basically non existent. I play a couple times a week as well, and get absolutely destroyed by sliding shotgun kids cracked out on adderall and using a XIM or Cronus because they cried to mommy enough to get one. Stop pretending Cod has any sort of grasp on what a SBMM is SUPPOSED to be.

He and Neroscinema are KZbinrs I watch as well :) I'm not trying to be like them, but rather am just along the same wavelength as them with regards to how I like presenting information. I do give them credit where credit is due, and ultimately, I feel that helping bring more attention to these issues is only better for putting more pressure on CoD/Activision to fix their games.

@ im not saying there’s anything wrong by using them as inspiration for your video because like you said they’re great KZbinrs and overall the way you presented the information was splendid but i just feel you need your own tone if that makes sense

I couldn't have said it better myself! Eevery match feels like there's money on the line! It's why in my latest CoD updates video, I'm just playing the older games now. I post these every day because people need to know what is going on!

And the tragic part is, that it wasn't you that got worse at the game, it's that you're being purposefully placed in lobbies with sweats so that you would be encouraged to buy the shop bundles that they are wearing. It's all manipulation to nickle and dime.

@@Emanigan Man. I think you're right, and I don't know why I didn't consider that. I'm so used to games where you just naturally unlock good stuff by playing the game. It makes so much sense that they set you up to fail unless you buy their bundles. Man, I miss the good old days where game companies just wanted to sell more games, and not use the games to sell unlocks.
