I just don’t know how to get in the latch

This video SAVED me a lot of time at heartache, my latch in the trunk completely failed and this was the only way into the truck to open it. Stay patient if it is your first time attempting this, and make sure you have a long enough screwdriver. It really does work.

I am so proud of you for being a super cool human being. Thank you for sharing this hack to get into the truck. My keys were locked up in the trunk of my Honda. The pull latch was not working and I was just about to use a rod to break my seat from the latch when I watched your video. To understand my complete frustration let me go back to the start...I am a rep for the free WiFi benefits program. I sit in Florida heat under a tent. I packed up for the day Aug. in a heat warning advisory. I had not made a sale. 🫠 After packing up my booth in the parking lot and closed my truck. Got in my car and realized my keys were in my truck. No working latch. Call AAA locksmith said no way Honda has a key not pik worthy. Call tomorrow to have a key made. Called a tow to my house. Watched your video and..... Wala!! I was determined "Wala" had to be the way. It was the best and least expensive solution to my limited (not abusing my car) options. It works, if you can't do it, you're going it wrong like i did for the first 15 minutes, then just rewatched the video paid attention to the details and got it. Watch how the screw driver is moving it. You shouldnt have a bent driver

I have the same color 2006 LX two-door coupe and I have a 60/40 split seat it's not a one piece fold down it's split but aren't LX supposed to be one piece

Yo man can u help me out I'm trying it the same way I have the same car and everything and I can't get it to open I even tried 2 different kinds of screwdrivers for different lengths and still nothing. The dealer is charging me way too much and u did it so simple please help
