Once ur a part of the racing community there are lobbies running all day everyday. Invites are constantly being sent out, notice this was a playlist not a random lobby

U have to lead the shot a lil and anticipate when they would be running into the reticle as u pull the trigger. Ive gotten good at it from previous games I’ve played. Just takes a lil practice 😊
