No no. Not reg pressure. His trigger timing is off. It's not pushing 3 way far enough forward to let air to front of ram. Very simple adjustment. That thing should move the bolt with no pressure. So smooth and lightweight. God I love autocockers.

The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzbin.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.

there are many second hand weights on the market that are done this way. Rust painted over flakes of like crazy, you will have less mess if you just use them as it (rusty). The proper way to do it is angle grinder with wire brush wheel, then rust remover, and then just stain these, or use them as is (cast iron will not rust from moisture in the air). canned spray paint flakes and peels like crazy first time you use them, you really need to get the weights either rubber coated or enamelled, none of this methods it cheap.

for anyone wanting to do tthis dont paint the weights on cardboard , this mainly applies to you if you didnt remove all the previous paint basically buffing because it will peel off when you flip them over

That'd been a ton of added work but agreed, would've been a guarantee to help prevent rust coming back. However, FWIW, a few years later at this point and no rust return. Without watching this video, you'd have no idea they weren't disassembled when renovated. Thanks for watching

Turn up reg pressure. HPR, LPR maybe both. Maybe pressure is too high. Should be around 300psi through the hpr. Then turn the lpr up until it just barely cocks and then a quarter turn more for reliable action that is soft as possible on paint

They turned out great nice job! Since I am a lazy man, and a cheap man, I will share a lazy, cheap mans tip: Vinegar eats rust. You can get a gallon for about $2.50 at Walmart. For about $25 and a good overnight soaking you could probably reduce the manual labor by about 90%.

Great Job! How did you connect CAT6 from your home to your shed? Did create a hole from your home to connect that?
@KyleMalone
@KyleMalone Жыл бұрын
Hey! So I run the CAT6 from the router that's in my living room, ran it through the basement, & out of the side of the house through a small hole where the fiber optic cable was coming in. From there, put it through the buried conduit & reached it to the shed. On shed, drilled a hole & connected it to the ethernet wall plate. Make sense?

Hi, as soon as I dry off the cleaned bar it starts to show rust forming. is there a way that this won't happen? I want to put a clear coat of Rust-oleum on it.If I put oil on it, it won't stick. thx for the video.
@randallsmith2521
@randallsmith2521 Жыл бұрын
Awesome setup you have there. I would recommend one change though. If you didn't do the work to protect the cat6 cable from lighting, it has the potential to essentially fry everything wired on your network. There are inexpensive fiber optic lines that can go through the conduit and will not conduct electricity that can be used instead.

@@KyleMalone I follow a KZbinr that calls himself "The 8-bit Guy," and this is when I first found out something like this could be an issue. He has a video called "Tour of Home Network 2020" where he goes over it because it happened to him. It's around the 6 minute mark where he starts talking about it. I'll add the link, but sometimes links disappear from comments, so I've given you the info you need to look it up if interested. kzbin.info/www/bejne/e6eTgX9ubpetiac

Great job! Love it! Instead of painting the floor black , which I think you will be able to see all the dirt, it will make it worse, ( it’s like a black truck, the dirt and mud is worse on it than a lighter colored truck, it will be the same on a floor) with the black foot you will be able to see all the foot prints every time you walk inside. I would just invest in a cordless vacuum, kinda like a Dyson or a cheaper version of it. We had dark floors installed and it was expensive and we hate them because you can see all the foot prints!! You have to constantly clean them! Maybe you should have had an ac unit that is a combo ac/heater, those are way better than the portable unit you have , and they cost almost the same, it would give you cold air in summer and heat in winter and not have to be switching out the air and heater units.
@KyleMalone
@KyleMalone Жыл бұрын
Very good point on the black floors! I ended up leaving them natural due to this! The portable unit is indeed a heater/AC. The heater is kind of blah, I have to double it up on super cold days with a 2nd small heater but the AC works great. Happy to share the details on it if useful!

Nice Consider adding a mini split AC as they may cost less over time in power usage.
@KyleMalone
@KyleMalone 2 жыл бұрын
I considered that as well. My deciding factors were that my area is already a bit shaded so the AC runs less, the mini AC was going to require $$ to install & then overall 2-3x more expensive, & lastly the size of the space. I didn't want to take up too much wall space. Just adding my $.02, can't go wrong!

Thanks for the video. Do you have a paint recommendation for plates that are going to kept outside. Right now they are rusty and we use them for our sleds. I have no intention of using them inside but would like to paint school colors to make them look nicer. Is it worth it or do you think the new paint will just re-rust?

I would of tried to clean the dirty off the weights but as far as the rust I would of kept them the same way they was. Adds character and called it a day. That's where the term pig iron comes from. Old rusty weights that has wear and tear from weather and age lol. But good job tho.
