@ I think if a tower is a barrack it would be provide you allies at their first lvl, it only provide allies for you when you already upgraded its skills

These barracks you speak of. What is it? Damage > block all day. Beat 5 of these games on highest difficulty, & never once used a blocker. Waste of a slot in my opinion. Maybe the assassins in whatever game they were in for the additional gold & insta kill ability, but never for the blocking

blade singers felt really off to me. their invincibility ability barely activated and the ability where they attack multiple enemies felt shorter than usual.

Only issue I have with these guys is their total cost kf abilities, Like Death rider wirh 150 damage is cheaper then their Ability ; Maybe reduce thier cost and you have mote useable unit
