Extremely dirty house. Is the house well maintained under the mess? The layout is kind of weird but I like it. Not cookie cutter. Yard looks decent. Neglected, but good bones, it could be incredible.

Respectful comment: very easy to feel seasick in the first two minutes of this post. Please take a basic course in how to film and edit a video post. If that isn't your interest then hire a videographer who can film and edit posts that you want to offer to the public.

Now that i’m older, i find single story house more comfortable 😂 Here in indonesia, people build stories house just because they can. The fact that the higher u build the house, the hotter it gets, the more they buy air conditioners 😂 what’s the point.

Here in West Hollywood, you cannot build higher than two-stories unless the local zoning allows it.

The countertops in the bathrooms feel so out of place. Otherwise, it’s a thoughtfully designed modern home, if that “less is more” aesthetic is your thing. If I was moving to West Hollywood I’d be looking for 1920’s Spanish Revival… preferably a Zwebell.
