Absolutely right, especially if there is less space in the freezer☺️ However i am a bit careful as parchment paper is costlier. So i use the Uniwraps ... It's paper foil and priced cheaper. So i don't feel so bad throwing it away after use. While i reuse the parchment paper several times 😊

I did ensure that the paper was narrow but extending beyond the spot where the egg is cooking. So i could hold to one end of the paper if needed. Also, the parchment paper quality has to be good. Then egg will not stick.

Right you are! Nonstick that is old or cracking is so dangerous for us. In fact I am shifting gradually to good old cast iron.

Yes, it was oily. And I am a health conscious person. But I still had it as it was fresh, had memories, and I appreciated the beautiful way they were coordinating the show. But what I like best about such places is that it feeds people without causing a hole in the wallet. It's so reasonable. Certainly cannot eat it every week. 😊 But we all enjoyed the experience.

I am all for local food experiences when I travel. I won't call it the tastiest thing I've eaten. But the sheer dynamics of the cooks and packers and the speed and coordination blew me away 😊👍

Ideal world would be so different ☺️ I am a stickler for hygienic practices too... As you can see in the video, the parotta pieces are once again cooked on the tawa and then packed. So I didn't avoid this meal. 12 of us ate it and didn't have any ill effects. Besides, I was stunned to see the speed and freshness and popularity of the joint. Where that's not the case and food is left unattended after handling, it will surely be a concern.

@@gokulprabhu4450 Even at home ,the best practice is to wash hands well, and then cook. We do not wear gloves at home. If any person has a specific illness, they could wear gloves, but while cooking, in a hot and humid country like India, it is rather illogical to even think of gloves.

Then eat food with gloves to avoid unhygienic practice
