Eliza needs to drop her tone a notch and not be so combative - comes across as a quarrelsome wife, relax more, let drew take the lead, rather than oh thats my shaker cup and oh use my code, pass the torch to the man - support your man, a good woman would push for her man to go further, stay in your feminine state dont try to control everything. you may so oh its a joke or im not being serious but then its not even funny its just annoying to constantly micromanage, the less women talk the more beautiful she is.

You mentioned this was low volume, but I counted 6 back exercises for 3 sets each, meaning a total of 18 sets. That seems like very high volume. With that said though, if you are not natty then this volume would make sense as you have more extended recovery and a greater protein synthesis window.
@baremuscleonline2 ай бұрын
Volume is always a controversial topic as a lot of it can come down to perception and opinion. Only one set per exercise was anywhere near failure so it then depends what you consider a warm up or working set and if you count that in what you class as your volume. The session was 2-3 sets per exercise, 6-8 reps, one working set to failure, no drop sets or rest pauses. Persoanlly I dont really agree that enhanced vs natural training should be significantly different, however the results are significantly different due to the environment created by performance enhancing drugs. Thank you for your comment!
@krystofodehnal94482 ай бұрын
You must really have trouble with math... Sets were 3 .. 2 ... 2 ... 2 ... 2 ... 2 Total sets: 13 (2 for rear delts so 11 sets) Only 1 set per exercise is working set so 5 or 6 hard sets total. Back to first grade, mate.
@jayalan9165Ай бұрын
More intensity and training to true failure during the working sets would obviously yield less working sets. I usually do two working sets depending on the body part. The addition of gear won't change the volume. It's all the intensity and taking the reps to absolute failure without losing your form or hurting yourself. IMO it takes 20 years or more of consistent training to actually train like this

Would like to know how well this type of exercise routine works with naturals. Seems every time I see someone promote heavy duty, it's either a pro or someone I suspect of roiding. I just believe heavy duty and steroids go together, physically and mentally.
@baremuscleonline3 ай бұрын
The principal works exactly the same for tested and non tested athletes. Obviously the results will be lesser as they would be from anything for a natural vs an enhanced athlete.
@chrispalmer74563 ай бұрын
I have been natural all my life and I have only trained this way along with Mike mentzer style of training. It's perfect for the natural body builder. It gives the muscle a dense muscle look. I would recommend more rest and recuperation though for the natural. 30 years of training like this has taken me over 240lbs. In reasonable condition.
@helmutkrusemann91943 ай бұрын
@@chrispalmer7456thank you very much Chris for responding to my comment, I really appreciate that. Can I ask please what do you mean by more rest? During the workout or more rest days. How often do you train each muscle per week and how does a typical week look like. Thank you very much for your help
@chrispalmer74563 ай бұрын
@helmutkrusemann9194 Hi helmut. To answer your question it means rest days between work outs. I would only train a maximum of 2 to 3 days per week. Sometimes maybe 1 day. Heavy duty or high intensity training is very demanding to a natural athlete. I would only train large body parts with 3 to 4 exercises. With a couple of warm up sets and then 1 all out set with maximum intensity. This may include rest pause or negatives and failure. Smaller body parts would be 1 or 2 exercises. I would highly recommend that you read Mike mentzer and obviously Dorian yates. Hope this finds you well 🙏

Great video! Dorian is everywhere these days over KZbin been absorbing a lot of his content. What I took from this session is proving how much you know your stuff lol. There was little input for him to add. I could see Dorian knew you knew how to train. But a few nice pointers along the way. Was the session 1 warm up 1 working set per exercise?
@baremuscleonline3 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment! I’ve been training over 15 years with a big influence from Dorian materials so I imagine there isn’t much difference in a lot of areas we are both also pretty basic! Yes most exercises were one warm up and one working set. No drop sets or rest pause just one set to failure some assisted reps and or partials

I think some Hammer Strength stuff is not actually that well designed. Well built, but not well designed. The leg press has a really poor range of motion - you can't get deep with your knees and hips fully flexed. The seated row has a really poor strength curve and is heaviest when you're weakest (when your elbows are by your side at the 'finish' of the row).

Personally I love both of those machines . The thing with mechanics is they are so individual it’s impossible to please people of all shapes and sizes. Thanks for the comment

Coconut oil is actually not ideal for cooking to say the least. Not just because of all the saturated fats, it is actually not stable when exposed to heat unlike palm oil or butter fat. Best for cooking is in fact rapeseed oil or oliveoil. But then again, that is probably the least unhealthy parts of a bodybuilders diet...
