It might also be your rotors, or if you accelerate beyond 60mph and your steering vibrates, that mean you need to do high speed balance for your tires

What if I took the small silver bolts off the steering motor instead of black ones? I think I exposed lines to air, put everything back together but I have no power steering

It is called the steering column bushing, the power steering is an electronic motor as seen in the video, not hydraulic. I believe all these bushings are the same size.
