Hi. How are you? Did you see some public transportation in Tilali which could go to Puerto Acosta?
@bordersonbudgets2 күн бұрын
@@Alex-yn1bd There must be taxi service in Tilali. Its population is 2000. How much it would cost to Puerto Acosta, I don't know. Another option could be to walk a few kilometres to that border village in the video (population 50), wait at the flagpoles and ask if any car is heading into Puerto Acosta where you could then go to migracion. Hope this helps.

Hi. Nice video. I would like to know if it's possible to make from Puerto Acosta to Tilali in some public transportation? Or it's need to take a taxi o something like that?

@@Alex-yn1bd Hi Alex. I don't believe there is public transportation. Taxi could be possible though how many taxis there are in either town can't be that many.

Good job, good effort, I was in South Korea last year and at that time they didn't have the blue offices on the DMZ open for tours at that time, just wondering if they opened those yet? I ask because I noticed you didn't go there just wondering if that wasn't an option.
@bordersonbudgets17 күн бұрын
@@NeverLostRoamer Hey NLR. You're continuing your journeys too. Good on you! I believe those tours to Panmunjom and the JSA have been temporarily stopped since that defection by the US soldier to the North. Don't know by which side, or both, that made that decision. Regardless, I'm pleased with what I saw on the bus tour and then the gondola because I had the freedom to explore. Also, the whole day was less than $20.

Fascinating. I find it educational to see something like the DMZ from a tourist perspective that isn’t normally seen by most of us. I realize there is all kinds of information available to us if we search it out, but by following a travel vlogger like yourself, who did the research and put it nto action, we get to feel a little of the shared experience. Thank you as always.

@@Ranman451 A pleasure. The DMZ has always been on my bucket list although either cost or availability limited me to this day. It was also challenging when trying to strike a balance between providing some basic historical context versus becoming too informational, even if I'm conversant about the Korean War. Ideally I'll get another video opportunity next week in the other corner of Korea. Appreciate the comment!

@@Ranman451 What a terrific comment. To my fortune, in all of my travels, I've never had an issue with food. Seriously, even when I ate meat.
