Maybe if you would like to give it a shot,,, The same paused squats, just with a muscle brace and no valsalva (basically with shallow breathing) Probably the weight will need to go down,,, but they will give a chance to not task the cardio so much and less blood pressure build up,,, Which might give a chance for more reps with long pauses in the hole 🕳️ So more drilling of consistent depth + exploding without rebound
