Super work. Great idea using double sided tape and cocktail stick to position the small bolts etc. Will use ….hope you haven’t trademarked this clever idea!

Superbe travail ou avez vous acheter l outil pour serrer les écrou ? Merci et quel outil conseillé vous pour un débutant? Merci.
@retromotomodel5 күн бұрын

Very good quality video. ❤ I am surprised by the use of lacquer thinner to thin enamel paints, what is the advantage over X20 thinner ? Vidéo de très belle qualité. Je suis surpris de l'utilisation du diluant lacquer pour diluer les peintures enamel, quel avantage par rapport au diluant X20 ?
@retromotomodel6 күн бұрын
@@Io12-g5g Thank you so much for your kind words about the video! I truly appreciate your support.🙏❤️ Regarding your question, l've tested thinning X31 & X33 with X20 thinner before, but unfortunately, it couldn't effectively dissolve or thin these paints. Lacquer thinner worked better in my case. That said, I'm always exploring other methods, and maybe I'll find an alternative in the future. Thanks again for your thoughtful question and encouragement!

Taping the expansion chamber springs to the pipe and then gluing the clips. It allows the springs to be properly centered and tensioned just enough. Fantastic! Thank you for showing me a very helpful tip and saving me so much hassle on future builds!

Fantastic customization on that Mach III ! Could you please tell me what you used for the mirrors that was so thin and yet able to provide such a clear reflection? Thank you
@retromotomodel13 күн бұрын
@@Bikesbybruce Thank you for your kind comment! I used a type of modeling "mirror sticker," which I cut into a circular shape for the mirrors. I found it online, but you might also be able to find it at modeling supply stores-it should be relatively easy to find. I hope this helps!

Gep from Italy. Your work is something sensational, I love the way you detail, your craftsmanship is incredible. I wanted to ask you a favour: where can one buy those chisels you use in the 52nd second of the video? I'm looking for them but I don't know where to find them in sizes like that. Thank you so much and keep up the good work, the bike will come out a spectacle.❤

@@gepscalemode Hello Gep from Italy! Thank you so much for your kind words and support, I really appreciate it! The chisels I used in the 52nd second of the video are "Madworks Tungsten Steel Line Engraver." For this build, I used the 0.5mm size. Although I'm not sure about stores in Italy, you can try searching for "Madworks Tungsten Steel Engraver" on international e-commerce platforms like Amazon, eBay, or specialized modeling stores that ship globally. If you're still having trouble finding them, let me know, and I can try to assist further! Thanks again for watching, and I hope your modeling projects go great!❤️

Merci d'avance. Thank you for this excellent video, very informative! Two questions: - Why did you keep the 2 Phillips screws from the Tamiya kit that do not conform to the real model ? - How did you manage to peel off the labels from the 10ml jars without tearing them ? Thanks in advance.
@retromotomodel18 күн бұрын
@@Io12-g5g Regarding your first question: The two Phillips screws from the Tamiya kit are still in place because the model is not yet fully finished. In the next steps, I plan to use custom screw kits to cover them. As for your second question: l used a regular hairdryer to heat the labels gently. Once warmed up, the labels can be peeled off slowly and cleanly without tearing. I'm sure you'll be able to do it as well!
