My mother age 65 has been under itp treatment since 2019. But last month she developed PVT and SVT for that our hematologist prescribed Apixaban 5mg. but after that her platelets decreased under 10k and she developed sever large patcheia and nose bleeding.. So doctor advised to stop Apixaban but still the issue is not solved . Any advice for contadictory situation in ITP with Thrombotic events ???

@@guddansingh6005 चौथे 5वें महीने से ज़ब उसे दिक्कत होने लगी, तब से लगातार उसे Blood और Platelet चढ़ने लगा था, पहले 15 दिन के अंतर पे चढ़ता था, फिर धीरे धीरे 10 10 दिन पे ही चढ़ने लगा.....June से December तक लगातार Treatment हुआ उसका.... SGPGI लखनऊ और AIIMS Delhi तक दिखाए... पर कंही बच्चे का Case लेने को तैयार ही नही थे....साले हरामखोर बोल रहे थे हमारे यहाँ Match Sibling, Bone Marrow Transplant होता है, MUD Type का Tranplant हमारे यहाँ नही होता...... आप Bengalore चले जाओ... वहां सब हो जायेगा Private Hospital है............ साले इतने Higher Institute वाले Hospital के लोग ऐसा Suggestion दे रहे थे......... Last मे उसको Blood चढ़ते चढ़ते Iron के Overload से Infection हो गया .... TLC 700 - 900 आ गया.....फिर मर गया 😭 जन्मजात था....
