Yum, sounds good to me! I love apples and pears and prefer them very crunchy and hard, so I think I’d like the snake fruit. What an interesting fruit to look at! The skin really is exactly like the scales of a snake! Strange and amazing!!! 🤔😊👍

No, it's wrong it's one of the Japantowns in USA is one of the largest Japanese communities outside of Japan, because Japanese people arrived in USA in 1868(50th state) or 1880(mainland US) 2 decades before other japanese arrival to brazil in late 1909 as it's way behind, today US has 1 - 2 million descendants while brazil has 242 thousand descendants! Liberdade is a Chinatown called by Brazilians too, which Sao Paulo should have a century ago, since the Chinese Brazilian community in Brazil is 2 centuries old, before Liberdade was a Chinatown, it was once was Africans living there, then Italian and Portuguese lives there before Asian people moving in 1912, also the red and white lantern streetlights are the white and iconic red pole-Chinese lantern streetlights, but it's missing a Chinese gate, it needs a Chinese gate!

Nice video boda bodas are the worst thing in Kampala even in this video at 12:56 there was about to be a boda accident, they are unregulated and they don’t care

Yeah, that's my least favorite thing about Kampala. Getting around is dangerous.

Try some TRP Spyre double piston mechanical brakes. The semi-metallic pads are outstanding and with Dura-Ace "Ice Technology" rotors won't fade. Hydrologic fluids break-down with heat and a pain to flush.

The costs are in US dollars. Prices have increased quite a bit since I made this video though. Maybe add like 30-40% to the prices in the video.

I agree. It's a major missed opportunity. There are so many tourists with money coming to the city to shop but there is nothing to do at night. I had trouble finding a decent restaurant that was open late.

Pretty representative. I am a local. With my experience travelling to many countries, Uganda has the best food options and the best fruits. I recommend you tale dewormer because we don't sanitizer our fruits and this is the tropics. So when I are living here take a single dose dewormer every 3 months. Make sure your bed is fitted with a mosquito net (once again malaria is real even in Kampala). Otherwise you are all welcome

Most rentals don’t have refrigerators, stoves, nor microwave ovens. The cost of gasoline and food is outrageous! I spent 1 month in Uganda in November 2023. Gasoline was close to $8 per gallon when converted from liters. The bodas are VERY unsafe! There are no road rules in Uganda, very few stop signs, NO yield signs, 1 or 2 stop signs in Kampala. It’s VERY scary to be on the road in Kampala. The weather is VERY HOT! It’s 80-90 degrees during the day and only goes down to 75-80 at night. The noise at night is unbearable! All night long there are people on megaphones yelling and loud music. I was VERY disappointed in my time in Uganda. The electricity goes out for hours almost daily. The airport was a NIGHTMARE! NEVER AGAIN!

I own 7 Folding bikes and all of them are 16 in wheel bikes with the exception of one. The only downside that I don't like about the Folding bikes are the Proprietary parts. I have at times had to make my own replacement parts or improvise my own parts.

@@jr1734 the hostel is actually in a pacified favela, good location but I don’t recommend since there are a lot of great options. I stayed there because during madonnas concert there was no options. There’s a big hill to climb towards the hostel that will make you go out of breath. After the show I moved to another one near the beach and it was cheaper.
