This is my opinion I like animes in Japanese dubs it’s good but when I’m doing like four or five different things at once because I do a lot of multitasking I don’t have time to read the subtitles so I like watching things and dubs because I do multiple things at once so sometimes I don’t have the time to sit down and read the subtitles but when I do, I will do that but when I don’t have time, I like to watch it in English dub that’s why I’m a fan of both English and subs but as a recently they’ve been less English dubs, which kind of been irritating because nowadays, I’ve been doing a lot of multitasking and I don’t have time to read the subtitles so I’m hoping a lot of good enemies that have came out last year and the last two years that deserve English dub, but still haven’t gotten it as recently more anime especially recently that are really good. I have not been getting less English dub. so that’s kind of irritating as a person that’s fine of subs and dubs, but like I said when I’m multitasking at five different things at once I don’t have time to read the subtitles. That’s when I watch stuff in English dubs the only time I watch stuff and subs because some animes do sound better in subs is when I’m not busy that’s when I watch subs otherwise I’m a fan of both but nowadays I’ve been so busy. I don’t have time to watch subs. That’s why I like my English also.

The "So This Is Basically..." videos are a satirical take on the subject material, lampooning it something fierce. Which does not excuse the One Piece "episode" of the series. It also doesn't help that, by now, Jellopocalypse has a *bad* reputation among both the anime community and the non-far left community. I'll explain those *later,* so those who don't care or care _too_ much have the option of skipping it. *The **_main_** issue is **_not_** who this guy is, or that he's making fun of One Piece, it is the lack of **_quality_** material.* There's _some_ leeway for presenting things in as humorous a light as possible, even if it _technically_ makes them untrue (with respect to the source material). Even stuff that's (mostly) accurate, and a good comedic approach miss because of selecting the wrong character, or the wrong reason to make fun of a character. *No,* I'm *not* saying he's making fun of a character he _shouldn't_, _*_I'm saying he misses funnier and/or more fitting targets._*_ Let's take the opening... it is _not_ awful, especially if you understand One Piece lore, *including* cover stories from the manga. It's just stuff like _why_ are Poneglyph's Legos? Luffy either doesn't know, doesn't care, or _barely_ cares about most of what he says in the opening, but there are characters like Nico Robin or Dr. Vegapunk who'd make total painting as a conspiracy nut for the bit, because they *do* care and/or know about some of it. Vegapunk may even have known about the *space weasels...* The one most folks catch is entering/exiting the Grand Line. I _think_ it is either a reference to non-canon filler events, or _rare_ events from canon material. Which makes for a joke that _could_ still work *if* he'd presented it as such. *There's no defense for his Devil Fruit errors.* Like, even with some license to _massage_ the facts, he just gets _too much_ wrong. *1) Devil Fruits are **_rare_** outside the Grand Line, **_not_** restricted to the Grand Line.* They're also _less rare_ in the Grand Line, or quite common *if* you forget or ignore the in-story reasons why Luffy and the crew are going to encounter so many. Namely, that to get one, you need to be at least one of three things, preferably two of three or *all three:* lucky, powerful, and/or wealthy. With the Grand Line _overall_ being a global hub where even the rich and powerful need at least _some_ luck to survive, let alone rule. *2) Even "common" Paramecia Fruits **_can_** allow generation of materials. They can allow the manipulation of such substances. They can result in bodily changes. Additional properties and/or abilities can also occur. *The old Wax Wax Fruit does all three:* Galdino (Mr. 3) could generate vast amounts of wax that, when hardened, was comparable to steel. *Note:* _Other than hardness, it seemed to be candle wax, as opposed to naturally occurring forms of wax._ That Galdino's hair looks like the a "3" may be unrelated, but the fact that it continually burns like a candlewick is almost certainly because of the Devil Fruit. 3) * A joke about Special Paramecia Fruits is *absolutely warranted.* It's the execution and errors about what Paramecia Fruits can do that mean it is either a low quality, low effort, confusing "joke" or Jello _still_ being salty about it. 4) Jokes about how the "unique" Devil Fruit powers allow for _extremely similar_ Devil Fruits is fine as well. He just could have used better examples and *not* gotten one of the otherwise good examples _backwards._ The Kilo Kilo Fruit consumed by Mikita (Ms. Valentine) is the _weaker_ version of Machvise's Ton Ton Fruit. If the names are literal and one's weight can only change by the named unit, then the Kilo Kilo Fruit is only useful when you need a weight _less_ than one metric ton *or* in even kilogram increments between tons *and* less than 10 metric tons (10,000 kilograms is the Kilo Kilo Fruits limit). *Why so picky?* The *best* examples for these jokes are probably the Zoan Fruits that can have so very many different "Models". I... I need to stop. I _shouldn't_ let this animate me so much, but it combines being _annoyed_ at incorrect information with my love of correcting it *and* talking about One Piece in general. XP There are more egregious examples as the video progresses. *Stop here if you don't want to know about Jello's politics.* ... ... ... Okay, so he's famous for his anti-Republican *and bafflingly **_stupid_* "Get Out The Vote" video from 2018 *and* for anime translation work where he not only dissed a show where he helped with the official translation, but bragged on social media about how bringing it inline with his own politics and values made the show so much better. If you feel code geass's ending is good but not world class, I would really love to know which ending you consider world-class? Imho code geass ending is worldclass. Also gintoki and luffy in the same class, I love that opinion. I've seen hajime no ippo first as well, but in terms of overall manga, both hajime and no ippo and haikyuu considered, haikyuu tops it ten out of ten times.

#1-Gen 5 #2-Gen 8 #3-Gen 9 #4-Gen 6 #5-Gen 3 #6-Gen 4 #7-Gen 7 #8-Gen 2 #9-Gen 1 #1 Gen 5 I love gen 5s story of the first Black and White games and I love the gameplay of Black and White 2 especially with more Pokemon to choose from. #2 Gen 8 Despite its narrative flaws...i really enjoyed my time in Gen 8 i loved most of the designs and i loved the wild area even though it was very undercooked but the first steps were there. And i have always only played with he newly introduced Pokemon anyway so i did not care about the Dexit situation. #3 Gen 9 I thought Gen 9 story was refreshing even though they could have done more with it i really enjoyed myself. I really enjoyed the Titan boss fights and Arvens story with his Mabostiff and i loved the concepts of Paradox pokemon and the mystery and back story of Area Zero . Though i will say that this is the most janked low graphical effort of all the Pokemon games. #4 Gen 6 I really had a comfortable time playing through X and Y. They had amazing music, the gameplay was smooth and very casual. They introduced a great new mechanic (megas) which I am a huge fan of. I loved the new Pokemon introduced, one of my favorites being Tyrantrum. The story sucks, the battles are extremely easy and the clothes suck too. But I still love those games. #5-Gen 3 My first pokemon game and the first game for my gameboy. The story is ok, nothing amazing but i think it works. The new pokemon were awesome, not as cool as gen 5 or 6 but there were somewhere up there. My fav being Salamence. The game feels a bit nostalgic but then again all of the games have that problem. #6 Gen 4 Now i have to say i do not think Gen 4 are bad not at all they are just some of the last Pokemon games i go back to. The story kinda sucks though not as much as Gen 6 or 8 but the villain Cyrus is just such a boring character. I believe he might not be as stupid as Lysandre but he is definitely the more confusing one. i think if we got more of his back story then we might have learned why he wanted to revamp the universe but we never do and so it falls flat to me more then gen 6 and 8. 6 and 8 were badly written, but you could at least respect their goals. At least Lysandre had a warped ambitious vision of the world at least Chairmen Rose had bad excuses based on fear. But Cyrus we learn nothing about him and so i find him confusing. Also there is too many cool Pokemon locked through trade evolution. Other then that these are solid Poekmon games. oh yeah the games were slow... #7 Gen 7 Gen 7 are good games but I didn't really like the Howaiian environments the Pokemon you could get were good. I loved the newly discovered Alola forms and I liked the Legendaries and the story is ok...But the games are so boring to me. So boring. There are too many cutscenes. The battles are good but boring too. Except for Ultra Necrozma it was awesome. But i did just not vibe with the games. #8 Gen 2 gen is just an upgraded version of gen 1 you now got color they introduced sprites that moved. more legendaries the EXP bar a lot of different stuff. I only go back to these games if i for some reason I want to play the gen 4 remakes . #9 gen 1 Obviously they were the first games therefore they have a lot of mistakes and glitches in them.
