From 1860? With a plastic strip and a sticker? Maybe 1960? A Quick look into the interwebs: those cutters are for photopaper from a former GDR Company FloSto from the 50s and 60s. Nonetheless a nice result!

Justo estoy reparando una estufa muy similar el problema es q no encuentro la perilla del quemador pues está era de baquelita y ya hace mucho tiempo que ya no se usa ese material quise intentar con otro material pero el calor las afecta 🤔

I think is rather old levelling monocular for architect engineers. Ball holder and little open pipe for libelle on upper side - gave me this suspicious. Restoration wasn't perfect but, next time I hope will be only better 👍
