All the people thinking this is a Weird Al song - Big oof! First off, it's not his voice so that's a dead give-away from the first syllable. Second, Al doesn't swear or use any profanities in his songs. Just the same, had this pop into my head 20 years after first hearing it - I miss the old days of the internet when whiney little crybullies could just be told to take a flying leap at a rolling donut but with more direct language.

The opening lyrics of this song are literally my brother. The guy is a fuckin disappointed, ruined by alcohol and drugs , I kinda Hate him. 29 Years old living at home with my parents, never been able to keep a job in his entire fuckin life and now he's not even trying to find one. Just stays at home all day and raids the fuckin fridge. It's unbelievable how much food he eats. He cooks sometimes and thinks that's helping. We've built a shack in the backyard for him to sleep in cause he was fuckin sleeping on the sofa in the living room. I am amazed that he hasn't killed himself yet (betting on it). Right now the guy is just a financial liability to my parents and he contributes nothing to the household. Even when my parents feel pity for the bastard and give him money he ends up going out for the whole night and spending it all on alcohol. I am in my senior year of High School and I want to graduate and move out of here as soon as possible because the mere sight of him makes me sick. It's sad because my parents had so much hope for him and I remember looking up to him as a kid. Now he's a fuckin disappointed. He doesn't know how to maintain good relationships. He was dating this one beautiful girl who wanted the best of him and tried to encourage him to find work and she stuck around for a year but the idiot cheated on her and she broke up with the idiot. Sometimes I feel like killing him. I pray to God that he'll just disappear one day because if that happens we'll just move on and forget about him and my parents will have that liability off their back.

I'm currently 29, living at home, unemployed. I hate how close I can relate to this parody that my life has become. I would've laughed hard at this a few years ago, now it hits a little too close to home. My early 20's went great, but fighting with my dad and stress increased, so did substance abuse from both of us. Haven't spoken in half a year. I got a call tonight that he's getting worse, starting fist fights with his brother who has done nothing but try to help him. What do you do when you're disappointed in your own father and don't even have any guidance of your own? I think I'm fucked, and so is my future. I'm going to keep pushing forward for my mom though. She deserves so much better than this asshole son.
