We got rid of both tubs. One bathroom had no window so soaking in the prior tub was stuffy and claustrophobic despite having an exhaust fan.

You should have a local HVAC company come out and measure your space. Glazing area, ceiling heights and even the flooring material are taken into account when sizing a system. If your home is not built yet, your contractor will coordinate all of this with his HVAC subcontractor

Could I encourage you to educate the world through KZbin on how you judge the cost savings between the two best portable Air conditioners in the world as of July 2024: (trust me after many hours of research this field , these are among the top 10 best portable AC's in production right now) Both are rated with the less effective BTU measurement of 14,000 for cooling power, however one has the higher measurement of 12,000 SAAC VS 10, 500 SACC: The 10,500 SACC unit even if giving off less cooling power, can run apparently a lot more efficiently, and this is where your help is needed: How much more efficient is it with a CEER rating of 13.9 VS the other unit with it's SEER rating of only 8.9 ? In other words, let's say your trying to cool a large space of about 500 sqft, in very hot outdoor condition's, (say something like 110 degrees during the day and 90 degrees still at night) these are very realistic condition's in much of the southwest for periods as early as early may to mid September I'm able to make an argument for the less efficient Midea unit, in my thinking is accurate in saying that while it might be less efficient, due to the higher 12,000 SACC cooling output it's more cost effective in cooling a 500 sqft space every 24 hours, because it might not need to stay on as much, VS say the 10,000 SACC unit which sounds like it would be a lot cheaper to run every 24 hour period for the same exact same sqft, but it's cost efficiency is negligible because the unit has to run maybe 20% longer anyway to cool the same room at the same comfort level as the Midea Pro anyway ? Your feedback and knowledge are much appreciated and needed: Here are the two link's for the two unit's in question: 1) for apx 500.00 after coupon: 13.6 CEER/ 10, 500 BTU SACC www.amazon.com/Gasbye-Portable-Conditioner-Compressor-Energy-Saving/dp/B0CS9YVXH1/?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_w=GksV6&content-id=amzn1.sym.f8fbf489-893c-481c-b7fa-18e0b0ecaa0c%3Aamzn1.symc.a68f4ca3-28dc-4388-a2cf-24672c480d8f&pf_rd_p=f8fbf489-893c-481c-b7fa-18e0b0ecaa0c&pf_rd_r=0W43PATXWM9JB18JWRBX&pd_rd_wg=6hLQR&pd_rd_r=bfa44a98-bf5c-485f-9898-d14c850c5e9f&ref_=pd_hp_d_atf_ci_mcx_mr_ca_hp_atf_d&th=1 2) for apx 700.00 after taxes 8.9 SEER rating transparency only but 12, 000 BTU SACC www.amazon.com/Midea-Inverter-Conditioner-Dehumidifier-Assistant/dp/B091CJVD2N/?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_w=GksV6&content-id=amzn1.sym.f8fbf489-893c-481c-b7fa-18e0b0ecaa0c%3Aamzn1.symc.a68f4ca3-28dc-4388-a2cf-24672c480d8f&pf_rd_p=f8fbf489-893c-481c-b7fa-18e0b0ecaa0c&pf_rd_r=0W43PATXWM9JB18JWRBX&pd_rd_wg=6hLQR&pd_rd_r=bfa44a98-bf5c-485f-9898-d14c850c5e9f&ref_=pd_hp_d_atf_ci_mcx_mr_ca_hp_atf_d&th=1

Come on man. This is KZbin. This is the internet. We don't want to see your face while you're talking about the doors. You should have been showing us the doors. I have no idea what you're talking about a visualization for each type of door would have aided tremendously. And you would have gotten more likes on this video.

this video is misleading. you cannot just measure the ssqft of your room and think that is the price. you also have to pay for the waste material carpet has to be installed in the same direction. keep that in mind you cannot just take a piece and install it in a different direction unless you wan to see the seam for the life of the carpet.

I live in America and yes the costs are ridiculous for everything right now! Y’all wouldn’t believe the difference since dummy Joe Biden went into office! Under Trump all costs across the board dropped dramatically!!!!! That’s one big reason Trump is loved. He knows how to run a business successfully and being president of the United States has to be ran like a business. I know it sounds crazy, like how could the president make that big of a difference but it does!!!!! Easy to be checked out so if you don’t believe me do the research yourself.

I was given a quote of between $24k to $36k and this includes permit costs. My home is only like 1100 sq. feet. Going to rough it out with the heat. Going out when it is the hottest outside to restaurants and stores. Only two months are hot here where I live. June is not that bad, used to be hotter in another state where it used to reach 110 degrees. An AC is the cost of a car.

I installed 2 mitsubishi 12k units 5 years ago for like 4200 as these were some of the first ones i ever did. Lately ive been installing pioneer 12k single units for approximately $2k. Just installed a 36k btu 3 zone which is nice but the simplicity of the single 12k btu cant be beat.

Reading the information provided in the link in the description: What do you mean if the size of a room is 1200 sq ft? What kind of room is that? I don't own a convention center. I own a single family home. I don't envision EVER owning a home where I have a 1200 sq ft room!! Would you kindly address HOMES of 1200 sq ft, and not merely single spaces of the same size. Your information is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING because I keep finding inconsistent or missing information. For example, why do you skip the BTU needs for 1201-1499 sq ft?

Hardwood floors are just better, get rugs if you don't want bare hardwood. Carpet is harder to clean wet messes off of and it collects hair, dust, and all sorts of stuff like dead skin cells. With hardwood you can see the dust to be able to clean it and wet messes are easily wiped or mopped up. If you have rugs on hardwood you can take the rug up and out of the house to be professionally cleaned if dirty or just to change up the interior design a bit.
