Must have accidentally read over these verses 1 Timothy 2:11-12 "I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 King James Version 34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience as also saith the 35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. 1 Timothy 3 King James Version 1 This is a true saying, if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desireth a good work. 2 A bishop then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, vigilant, sober, of good behaviour, given to hospitality, apt to teach; (Husband of one wife ) How do women in “pastoral “ or leadership roles get around the verses that clearly define the order of the church from age to age , not usurping authority over a man , - (christ , man , woman ) as defined in the Bible . I just do not see where that changes . Not helpers in the ministry , not female service members, “deaconess “ and things alike . None are such as the role of pastor or elder . So how is it that woman are pastors in churches clearly defying biblical order ?
