I’m a 11 year old baseball player, about to turn 12 and I could hit a ball 75EV

First rule is first. 1 side of bat on belly other side on a wall..swing..don't hit the wall. Practice makes perfect

I teach the scap turn by standing behind the kid and asking them to slowly try to elbow my hand so they are forced to feel loading the scap

So hard to teach these kids the sorts of things because they get one thing but loose another. When I got my son doing this he was much like the girl in your video…too upright. I had to retract him to get his shoulders back and head behind the ball

Why are you telling him to hold so high up?

Good but don’t teach to jerk top hand might lead to weak grounder
