I have a seen a few reactions to this and watched it so many times. The mistake people sometimes make is trying to understand how each area is part of the same story. It isn't about that. This is about Warriors and how they react when things get hard and they face adversity. Other people may give up, but true warriors able able to dig in and take things to another level.

The moment Ezreal makes that smirk to Kaisa was when I realized that if this guy just color his hair blonde it's actually him. lol.

Fantasy is a general term to describe a setting that can be a mix of everything, of historical, fiction, sci fi, medieval, steampunk, etc. Not a total shocker to see all existing all at once.

You should really react to the music videos for league. Each has a different feel and inspiration to them with some gorgeous animation to back it up. Plus the songs are straight fire.

Hey man really enjoyed this watch along with someone who isnt that versed in the pro scene. I enjoyed your excitability and enjoyment of the series... A few notes from someone who has been watching lcs for years but is nowhere analyst/pro level myself: I think what you see at 1:50 is an example of a really good rotation by c9 (from top to mid lane) as their minion wave crashes mid (the minions in each lane hit the turrets at approximately different times). Also at 4:05 c9 is going back to reset (build items with gold cashed in on turret gains or kills) so that their next push is even stronger and game ending! Would love to see more reviews from you as your knowledge of the scene/game grows!

The world of league is big and there are many countries and cityes and some are in to the magic, some in the power sistem some in tech

The league stuff Dominic seems to have covered, I just wanted to say that when talking about Zelda, you showed Link. Zelda is the queen. I guess I can talk a bit about the esports aspect of League of Legends. It's split up in regions. Europe, Russia, Turkey, South-Korea, North-America, China, South-East Asia, Japan, etc. etc. You have the 4 big ones. North-America, Europe, China and South-Korea(an e-sports powerhouse) There is a spring and summer split. Each team faces each other twice in a league format and then they go into play offs(the creators of these leagues are American so it's just a very American style which as a European I'm not too thrilled with but /shrug). The big 4 can, at most, get 3 into the final 16 for the world championship, depending on performance the year before the third team might automatically qualify or not. The others can send 1 or 2 to the qualification rounds. The final 16, generally 12 from the big regions and 4 other teams from places like Brazil, Japan, etc. are split into groups of 4 and fight each team twice. Top 2 of each group go to the quarter final elimination round. After the world championship there is a break for transfer of players and the like though most people have one year contracts I think so most are free transfers.

The game League of Legends is a MOBA. Matches are usually 5v5 PvP, and take place on the same map, but with 140+ pre-set characters with unique move-sets to choose from; including the characters in this cinematic ("villains" and the "boss character" included). There are other game modes, some are PVE but they aren't always active. This cinematic is based on lore behind the game. These scenes take place in the same world and general time period. The "Snowy castle" scenes are on the boarder of two regions; The kingdom of Demacia, and the Freljord (the j is pronounced as a y) a tundra occupied by rival barbarian tribes. Demacia is a very idealistic kingdom, but hates magic. Sylas (Chain dude) is a mage from Demacia who broke out of prison, started a rebellion, and fled to the Freljord to find powerful magic. Garen (the big knight) and his sister Lux (blondie and mage-in-hiding) are trying to stop Sylas because he kills innocent people as well as his targets. The "boss character" is Galio, a sentinel which fuels itself on surrounding magic, this is how guys with swords beat mages. The "Steampunk" scenes are from Piltover, a port city-state which specialises in "Hex-tech" (mixing magic and science), the city does not sell its tech to outsiders, which is why it's more advanced than its neighbours. Caitlynn (the sniper) and Vi (glove girl) are police-women, who were trying to stop a street gang from releasing Urgot (cyborg-crab-man), who is a powerful figure in the city's criminal underworld. They wanted to arrest them, which is why Cait wasn't shooting to kill. The "Indiana Jones" scenes are in Shurima (discount Egypt), Ezreal (Blondie but male) is basically an anime version of Indiana Jones. Shurima has problems with "the Void", a sort of alien dimension which keeps spewing out monsters like those bug things. Kai'Sa's (Purple suit girl) suit is actually a symbiotic void creature, she can sense where the void is active and uses the suit to help contain it.
