Did you use a shorter chain after you replaced with sprocket or were you able to use the same length and just adjust the tension?

I have two Rzr 200's for my grandchildren. My biggest complaint is the lack of power/torque for climbing. So gearing them down a bit is step 1. Top speed is not an issue for us, so that trade-off is worth it. I would value leaning about what your favorite upgrades are for your 200.
@Off-RoadAdventureFamilyАй бұрын
That's the same for us, we do mostly trail riding. More low end power and lose a little top end and it is much better. The chain and sprocket were a big upgrade on the machine. I haven't looked into clutching differences, but so far the stock one does ok. My son recently rolled our RZR 200 and the harnesses I put in along with his helmet kept him safe. With that said, I just added window nets to keep the kids arms in. I wasn't a fan of the ones on the market right now, so we designed our own window nets and plan on selling them. We will have a video out within the next couple of days with info about these. Check them out on our website if you're interested!

@@Off-RoadAdventureFamily I get the value of the smaller sprocket. But why is the new chain a significant upgrade? I need to learn more about this.
@Off-RoadAdventureFamilyАй бұрын
@@darenthayne9428 The chain upgrade is an o-ring style chain. Better quality, self lubricating, and less adjustment needed. Performance wise there isn't a noticeable difference.

How is the heat in the crack of that seat? Does the middle sitting child complain of the heat off the engine

How is it working? Have kids outgrown bench? Trying to figure out if bench seats will work or start with a factory 6 seatet
@Off-RoadAdventureFamily4 ай бұрын
It has worked great! The middle seat is definitely the limiting factor. The side seats will comfortably fit kids or adults. The middle seat will go up to an 8 or 9 year old, depending on size. We are still using it, but we also try to take the kids mini rzr with us when we can.
@owenwiersema45484 ай бұрын
How long before your kids out grow the bench in rzr?
@Off-RoadAdventureFamily4 ай бұрын
The outside seats fit adults, the middle is the smaller space. I'd say the middle will work for 8 or 9 year old, depending on the kids size. We also have a RZR 200 that they take turns in, eventually we will probably trade out the mini rzr for a 570 or 800 for the oldest.

Just bought a RZR with this seat already installed. Trying to figure out what I need to get my 3 girls safely secured in the back 3 seats. Are the 4-point harnesses enough, or should I replace them with 5-point? They're 9, 6, and 4 years old. Trying to see if I should use the youth seats that fit inside of the seats, but not sure if the middle seat can also accommodate it. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!

I kept mine with 4 point harnesses. They work really well depending on the size of the child. I also don't do anything super crazy with the kids in the machine.
