From which direction along the probe did u introduce the needle? It is visible. My needle is hardly visible when I try it. I use 10 Mhz probe.

This is an "in-plane" injection, so along the length of the probe. You'll find that if you can position the needle more perpendicular to the sound beam you'll see it better.

Needle passes are rapid and tip not always seen. Also carelessness when passing through medial scalene can result in suprascapular nerve injury.

The ergonomics are totally wrong. An iPad that he has to look left for is ridiculous. Screen and needle and line of sight should be on one trajectory.
