I have a T-shirt that says "When I listen to the Who, so do my neighbors!" I wore it to a concert at The Hollywood Bowl a few years back. I was fortunate enough to attend Keith Moon's last Southern California performance in San Diego just a few months before his passing. Also got to see them on the Who's Next tour and Quadrophenia tour. They were never the same without Moonie. Don't get me wrong, I still loved them. I always got a kick out of: Roger on lead vocals, Pete on lead guitar, John on lead bass, and Keith on lead drums. They all played lead at the same time and it fit together perfectly. Pete did an interview where he spoke about the importance of John, saying it would take six guys to replace him. After he passed, it took about four, and still does. They defined music, and still carry that flag!

I agree. I hated the stage turning. I paid top dollar for front row seat back when the tickets first went on sale AND the website stated NOT rotating stage. It sucked.

I was on that cruise! It was fantastic, especially when he surprised me the first night in the karaoke bar and sang with me. Then, I sang to him the last night at the talent show. Donny is amazing!

the cowsills are better than just churning out their old hits like 'hair', 'the rain, park, etc'1!! they should sing songs like, 'covered wagon, 'don't worry baby', 'think on it' & some tracks from their latest album, as well as the 'global' album'!!! just my opinion!!

@@JOHNWLOUCKS cheers! they really should think about playing at glastonbury next year!! it's not as crazy as it sounds, because paul mcartney, neil diamond, dolly parton & shirley bassey have all done a turn there! the cowsills could probably do a 'delaney & bonnie' & bring some guest musicians along, such as vicki peterson & john cowsill, waddy watchel & jackson browne amongst many musicians they know!! just my opinion! all the best!

@@normankennith7919 Hi Norm! I know on a recent Cowsill podcast they spoke about never getting to play in G.B. It would be great. I love their band which has two Cowsill sons, Russ (married to Susan) on drums and Mary on bass. I have been to Glastonbury, it's lovely!!

Hello from England. Thank you so much for posting these. The Beat, as well as other ska type groups,were a big part of my growing up in Birmingham ,England. I still have all their vinyl somewhere hidden away. Mirror In The Bathroom was another favourite of mine. I am actually spending 9 nights at the Virgin hotel in September and I was looking for videos of the hotel when I saw these. Thank you so much and good luck.
